I have been a repeat customer of Salvadore Chrysler for many years. I originally started taking my Dodge Ram there for warranty work because they were local and the dealership I bought the truck from was many years. I originally started taking my Dodge Ram there for warranty work because they were local and the dealership I bought the truck from was quite a distance away. I was hesitant to take it to any dealership for repairs, having had very poor experiences with dealership service in the past, but the warranty work had to be performed by a Dodge dealer. In a short period of time, I discovered that the service department was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and my vehicle was correctly repaired the first time with honesty and a fair price if it was not a warranty issue. Nicole was always patient with me when I would explain things that were wrong with my truck, and Tony was virtually spot-on 100% of the time with his diagnosis and repair. My confidence in the service department lead to my purchase of two more new vehicles from Salvadore Chrysler. I feel far more confident purchasing a car at a place where I know it will be properly serviced and the people you deal with actually care about you as a customer. Much like my experience with the service department, I also had a fantastic experience with the new car sales department. I purchased my wife's Nitro and replaced my aging Dodge Ram with another one, both from Salvadore Chrysler. Dave Daniels was the salesman I dealt with and he worked very hard to make those sales, he even went the extra mile and found exactly the truck I was looking for, even though it was not in their inventory. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable during either purchase. If you're looking for great customer service, I think Salvadore Chrysler is hard to beat. They may not always be the least expensive, but they work very hard to be competitive with other dealers, are honest, and let's face it......you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and in fact....I have! Good people, good service, honest pricing.......what more could you ask for? More

I had brought my 2010 ram 1500 in for service. While my truck was being serviced I was given a loaner 2013 Ram 1500 which blew my 2010 out of the water. I then began the process of purchasing a new 2013 Ram. I worked closely with Adam Mahan; upon our first meeting I told him what I had, what I was looking for and if I couldn't get the deal I was looking for then I would just keep my current vehicle. Adam was extremely understanding, helpful, reassuring, and responsive to my questions and needs. Although I was not able to close the deal on my initial visit, Adam continued to communicate with me (without being annoying) and he was able, with the Help of Ed (the finance guy), to get me into a new Ram 1500 with a payment I was more than comfortable with. Adam was able to build a strong rapport by being "real" with me while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. These traits combined make Adam an excellent salesman that I would highly recommend to anyone. I would MOST DEFINITELEY buy another vehicle from Adam. More

Within minutes of entering the front door, I had several choices located for me and was quoted a very good to great price immediately on the vehicle I selected. The car arrived the next day, exactly as described, and the whole process was quick and stress free. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I walked onto Salvadore's used car lot on a Monday with the intent of test driving two Ford F-350's. Not only were both trucks immaculate but Joe's help and friendliness really added to the experience of buying one of the trucks. Unfortunately with the economy the way it is, purchasing a car isn't the most easy thing to do; however, Joe made sure a deal was made in order to get me into one of the trucks, no matter what he had to do. Numbers bounced around for two days until the price was right and Joe sold me the 2009 Ford F-350. I greatly appreciate everything Joe has done, his customer service is far above that of any other car salesman I have met. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone to pay Joe a visit if they're in the market for a used car. More
