It now runs like absolute xxxx and sounds like a whole different car. When I confront them about it not being this way when dropped off the tech who worked on it was a total xxx. Literally was arguing with me, lied and lacked any empathy. When this was brought the service manager's attention he did absolutely nothing. These people don't care for you or your belongings. More

Exceptional service department experience My son recently purchased a used 2016 Lancer and we took the car to Salt Lake Mitsubishi to resolve a Bluetooth setup problem and also take care of so My son recently purchased a used 2016 Lancer and we took the car to Salt Lake Mitsubishi to resolve a Bluetooth setup problem and also take care of some needed maintenance. The Service/Parts Manager, David, was very helpful and took time to thoroughly explain what work needed to be done and made a recommendation that saved us considerable expense. RUINED MY CAR ENGINE. timing belt installed wrong! Took my 3000 GT VR4 Twin Turbo in mint condition for timing belt changed. Took 2.5 months to start work. My car is now sitting at home with entire engine ruined and non drivable. Dealeship a nightmare. Hey Jerry C. Fix my car please. They have caused me emotional stress and I'm out 1000s of dollars.
