I bought my 2013 Camaro from Bill Crispin and they always took care of me. I unfortunately had a accident and the car was totaled. When I was in the market for a 2016, Bill Crispin did not have any in stock so being the impatient person I am, Victory Chevrolet In Milan had 2 in stock. So Just drove to take a "look" and ended up driving away with a black 2SS. All was pretty good, no complaints till at about 22,000 miles I developed a shake. Kinda like driving over the ruble strips on the road, just no sound. And My car when taking off felt like it was missing/ starving for fuel. very noticeable issues. sometimes so bad, wife did not like to take it anywhere. So I took it to Victory. I wanted to take someone for a test drive but I guess the whole place was on lunch. I explained my problem and I'm thinking from the start and the next phone call with Victory, wasn't going well. The service writer was kinda rude. So after a week, I was called and told that this is all "NORMAL"...A week??. I kindly told him I spent $50K on a car and these issues are not "NORMAL". I mean would you spend 50K on a car and 20000 miles later have a issue that felt like the engine was missing , or riding on rumble strips when in cruise? I always have to accelerate, or decelerate to make the vibration go away. Clearly they didn't test drive it right, or just ran it hard... I had explained that I had read on line that other dealerships were seeing this same problem and the trans had to be flushed. He told me they don't read the forums and that GM reps told them that this was a normal issue. So in the end , Victory cared less about fixing my problem. They got what they wanted, just sold me a car.. So I picked up my car from Victory, and drove straight over to Bill Crispin's. I explained to Shelly (hope that's spelled right) of what my issue was, and if they couldn't duplicate it, please call me, Id pay out of pocket to take a mechanic for a ride. I know time is money. My appointment was on Friday morning, so I dropped it off Thursday afternoon. They took it in Friday and that day I got a call (wow 1 day) . Their mechanic hooked the laptop up, and test drove and wala, there is a problem. There is a service bulletin for this issue (I guess Victory don't read the service bulletins either?) And the trans has to be flushed out, and once done, I drive 200 miles, and if issue persist, the next step will be taken. I picked my car up on Tuesday and I am doing the test runs. So I am very happy on how Bill Crispin took care of me, ill never go anywhere else to buy a GM car, or have my car worked on, and Id recommend anyone reading this, even if you have to drive a few extra miles (or even a lot!), and you want to be taken care of after you buy a car and not just before. Go to Bill Crispin's, buy your vehicle here, and never worry that your issue wont be handled the way mine was using anyone else. Thank you guys! More

A personal recall repair experience with Crispin Chevrolet I received three recall notices on my Chevy Malibu beginning in June. I started placing calls to Crispin about scheduling the repair work then and f I received three recall notices on my Chevy Malibu beginning in June. I started placing calls to Crispin about scheduling the repair work then and first talked with Dominique (sp) who politely explained that they weren't able to get the parts and would call me when they did. This continued on thru the summer months and during this period of time, I also talked to Kim and Eric and found all three staff members to be extremely courteous and understanding of my problem, but unable to help. My phone calls were promptly returned. Repairs of two of the recalls were made last week. In actual scheduling, I dealt with Eric who was very efficient, and I found all three staff members to be extremely courteous, resourceful and helpful to me. I strongly feel that I received excellent staff quality of personal attention and service from Crispin in this difficult situation. Constance Strait More
