Mike Herman was very helpful in our car buying experience when we bought the Equinox 2011. He took the wheel locks off as we did not want them in our rural area. I purchased my first new GM product in 1987 from a different dealer. We bounced around from dealer to dealer in subsequent years, not being very comfortable with any of them. We've also sent 3 friends to Mike as well as our daughter and son-in-law. There's no way I would've done that with any of the other dealers we had worked with in the past. You don't have to guess if Mike is telling you the truth, there's no feeling that he's trying to get one over on you, no reason to question his honesty.
