Last year I bought an Equinox, 2010 from the same sales man and dealership. Well I drove it for about 15 mo's. But my old truck wasn't working so good. So I did, they ended up selling me what I wanted < also my interest rate went to almost half of what I had. I am very happy with my new Truck. We will also be changing our service needs for my wife's 2009 Impala to Crispin from Suburban Chevrolet. 3: I bought my new 2011 Equinox LTZ from Bill Crispin and trading in my 2004 Silverado using the USAA car buying service and this dealer made my buying a no-hassel experience. The trade-in allowance was established ahead of time and turned out to be very acceptable. Mr. William Begley whom I had become to know and like while having my Siverado serviced on numerous occasions, was the sales agent I chose to negotiate with for the new Equinox was outstanding. 4. I told Mr. Begley what I wanted and within two days he located the exact vehicle that I wanted within SE Michigan and arranged for a dealer trade. 5. I initiated negotiations for a trade already having a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union for $15K @ 1.95% interest rate and the Bill Crispin team located me financing for $15K @ 1.8% beating my own credit union. 6: I shall be recommending Bill Crispin to anyone I know that is looking to purchace a new vehicle in the future. I have purchased 3 cars now from Crispin Chevrolet, two used (in 2008 and 2009) and one new Malibu (this year). The service at the point of sale AND all service since, on all 3 cars, has been way beyon used (in 2008 and 2009) and one new Malibu (this year). I was given the benefit of the doubt on a couple of items that were on the edge of an expiring warranty and separately whether they were covered at all. Their turnaround was quick.
