I shopped for a specific vehicle on line (Buick Lacrosse) witl specific options. Bill Crispin dealership was the farthest of 8 cars that I was considering. He was in Michigan, I was in New York. But Phil Bezaire was the best sales person I have ever encountered in any environment. I asked direct questions, he gave me direct answers and he did so immediately. I was clearly the priority in his day. I asked for information, and he provided it to me exactly the way I requested without excuses or trying to explain why I didn't need it. I had other cars, of equal value and price, but decided to go with Phil / Bill Crispin Chevy because of the service. And after my business was already theirs, their service was impeccable. Kim from the business side who processed my paperwork was so friendly and helpful. She fedexed paperwork, provided me additional paperwork so I could register the vehicle early, etc. Andrea arranged for transporting the vehicle - always keeping me informed and also stuck with the original price quote of without tacking on additional amounts. I could continue, but the bottom line is that they are REAL and honest people who do what they say they will do and make you feel like you are an important part of their business. I was WOWED. After putting in a credit application online I was almost immediately contacted via email by Phillip Bezaire. Once I made it into the dealership he handed me over the Mike Herman's more than capable hands. Mike, ever patient with me and my nerves walked me through my very first purchase of a new car. Answered all my questions and made great conversation through all of the waiting. Matt Jury worked awful hard with my credit to get me the best deal possible, then was extremely generous with my children and all of their very personal off car/finance questions. Once again Matt held my hand through the panic moments of buying a brand new car. Andrea Bezaire welcomed me to the new car club, handed me my 'discount' cards and filled me in and the perks of getting oil changes and work done at the dealership. All in all I couldn't feel better about the experience. The team was great and by the time I was done I felt like I won some big prize. More

Went to look at a used HHR and decided over the weekend that it was not for me, so I called Julie and thanked her for was very friendly and helpful. Went to look at a used HHR and decided over the weekend that it was not for me, so I called Julie and thanked her for her time and it wasn't an hour later she called and told me an HHR had come in that I would like. She sent me pictures and I left a deposit and when we went to look at it the car it "wowed" my wife and I, so be bought it. Great job on Julie's behalf. The rest of the staff were also very freindly. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Bill Begley and Matt Jury over the past few days (we purchased a new Traverse on 20 August). We had one slight glitch when the sales manager (name unknown and did not speak to us) gave us a much lower trade-in value for our Honda Odyssey than we were expecting. We were in the middle of signing our paperwork and we were taken aback for a few moments. However, Matt Jury took care of the issue immediately and we were given the expected trade-in value. Bill did a wonderful job finding a car that was right for me and was professional in every way. Everyone did what they said they would do. We would highly recommend this dealership (so far) to our friends and will definitely contact Bill for a price on our next car. More
