Great Deal on a used vehicle and fair offer on 2 vehicles that I traded in. Had a small problem with Carfax. They stated that one of the vehicles I traded in was in an accident. This was my first dealership experience after being an only private party buyer my whole life. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness, and speed in which I was taken care of th only private party buyer my whole life. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness, and speed in which I was taken care of that I plan to go back there for all my future car buying deals as long as I live in Southern Michigan. Debbie made sure I was well taken care of. Kim was wonderful with her "I'll see what I can do" financing approach. And Julie took me on the test drives and finalized the paperwork, meeting with me on a Saturday at the local coffee shop when the dealership was closed for a company picnic. See we had gone to 3 dealerships prior to going to Bill Crispin, and to be honest it was so discouraging. They were certainly out for their own interest. One dealer was trying to sell a car with bald tires and was wanting me to absorb the cost and another dealer was willing to sell me a car that had a horrible vibration in the front right tire.. Can you believe I had to ask if they could have it looked at? At Bill Crispin the car I looked at was perfect in every way. We didn't even ask if the price could be knocked down because we knew the price was well below what the car was worth.. But due to my financial situation and the type of financing I had coming in I would have needed almost seven hundred dollars out of pocktet.. I could'nt do it. Can you believe that they offered to split that cost with me??? I was shocked. Sweet Heather told me that she could find me financing that I wouldn't need to pay any money out of pocket.. And she did! And to top it off the amount that they were willing to split with me they still took it off the original price of the car. I could'nt leave there with out giving them a hug..
