I have been critical of this service department in the past, and I feel that I was justified in penning that opinion. However, right is right, and when someone does a good job, like Crispins did this time past, and I feel that I was justified in penning that opinion. These guys (and gals) were great, treated me with a friendly respectivness that was, and is much appreciated. Had to have a failed EVAP vent solenoid replaced, they were busy, but still had it done in a little over an hour. It didn't hurt that perhaps their best mechanic, Michael xxxxx, performed the task. The price was fair for the work done. More

Upon going to the dealership to look at used vehicles, Phil Met me out in the lot and asked what I was interested in. I told him I was looking at a 4 wheel drive vehicle with the winter coming on. The vehicle he showed me was in very good shape, Phil let me know it was a 1 owner vehicle and had been sold and serviced by Crispin with Phil as the salesman. I returned the next day to test drive it, and was sold on it. After filling out the application, things went very quickly, with Phil and Heather working magic in my eyes to make the deal go through with advantages to financing interests with the options I had to work with. When the deal was closed, Kim Eberhardt and Andria made me feel as though there was more of a family tone to the deal.
