Whole experience was positive and excellent. I was exchanging my LTZ for an LS. The LTZ was leased from you guys back in 2009. Going lower in model was due only to reduce monthly lease payments. The only point of disbelief by me was a letter included in the process of closing out the deal, which indicated that my credit request was being denied. My credit score is 875, we own (fully paid) our house, WE DON'T HAVE DEBTS (OF ANY KIND), our only debt is derived by the lease payments of my car. My credi report (which I get every year) will testify to that. So, I was puzzle by this letter which denied credit. However, I suppose the point is moot since I got the car.
