I have been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years and keep going back. I have never had a problem with anyone and all will go out of their way to help you, or help you find someone. Mr. Malinczak has sold me all the cars and trucks I have bought. I have found him to be fair, friendly, and will go out of his way to find what I'm looking for. Just bought a new truck and when I told him what I wanted, he said he would find one for me if it was available. After three days, I got a call from him and said he had it on the grounds. He has always given me a good deal and I will not go anywhere else to buy a car or truck. The atmosphere in the whole dealership is what keeps me going back. Never ever seen anyone that did not smile and ask how I was doing. After I had made the deal for my new truck, I was turned over to a young man by the name of Matt Jury. He was the gentleman that had me signing all the necessary paper work to finish the financing for the truck. I was all finished with this and went out with Mr. Malinczak to have him show me all the new items on the truck. I was out with him for about fifteen minutes when Mr. Jury came out and said he had just got a different interest rate for my financing. He asked if I had time to go back inside and he would re-do the paper. He saved me over a half percent on financing and he did this after I had already signed all the paper work.
