We were looking to trade in a 2002 VW Golf and buy a used car before my daughter started school. Crispin was the first dealership we visited because I had heard so many good things about them and read so many good reviews. I made an appointment with Teresa, via email, to stop by the dealership about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. When we arrived, Teresa greeted us and then referred us to Phil to handle having someone look at our trade while we looked at used cars. Even though it was more than I was hoping to spend, my daughter and I really liked a 2005 Civic that Phil showed us and we took it for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, Kim came out to make us an offer for the VW. The initial offer was less than I was willing to go, since I had recently put alot of money into it. Kim told me that she didn't want me to shop other dealerships. She said that she wanted us as customers. Over the course of the hour or so that we were there, Kim was able to offer me what I needed to get out of the VW, a very fair price on the Civic, and an extended warranty to give me peace of mind. We had agreed that we would not make any decisions our first day shopping and there was no pressure from Kim or Phil when I told them I needed to sleep on the deal. I was back at Crispin, the next morning. Kim was successful in getting me to not shop around and I really couldn't have been happier with the process from start to finish. We've had the car, now, for about a week and my daughter is thrilled with it. I have been raving about Crispin to friends and family and definitely recommend them. More

As a recently graduated (and newly hired!) student, this was my first time dealing with a big dealership to buy a car. When I walked in the door at Crispin I felt as if I had already decided to buy a car with them, and they were just there to finish the rest of the details. Dave Mason was my sales person and he was quick to be welcoming and warm to my family. He joked with my little brother and didn't flinch at my father's "I'm-going-to-haggle-you-to-death" stare. I was originally going to test drive a Chevy Cobalt, but after that happened it was clear I wanted something a little nicer. After looking at the prices of the brand new Cruzes I decided that maybe looking at another dealer was needed...until Dave introduced me to Kim. He explained that the price of the new ones was too high, and that the used ones they had were priced similarly (also being quite new), to this Kim replied with a wink "well let's lower the price then" as if it were the most natural solution in the world. Debbie made sure my brother and I had enough water and snacks and Heather made sure to answer all of my new car buyer questions. I drove out of there yesterday with a 2012 Chevy Cruze that had 8,000 miles on it. They gave me a killer deal and made sure to work within my budget. They didn't force anything else on me or pressure me to buy upward. So very pleased with my purchase and their services. More
