Visited Shirley after a co-worker recommended her to me. I just went through a terrible experience with a dealership in Troy Michigan (Brent Morley). As i described the make, model and preferred option I wanted, she had it at the dealership the following day with any compromises, the exact car as I stipulated. No haggle with the trade in either. I proposed what I wanted, they drove the car and made a thorough inspection and gave me my price inside of forty-five minutes. Shirley got me all sorts of incentives I was not even aware of, so the price I paid for my new car was great. Further, I live approximately 1 hour from the dealership, so of course, they delivered the car to my house and picked up my trade in! pretty incredible car buying experience to say the least.
