I recently purchased a Chevrolet truck from Bill Crispin Chevrolet in Saline, MI. My Sales consultant, Tom Saxton was very professional and prompt in returning calls, doing research and getting members of the team working on my particular sale. By the time I picked up the vehicle, I was treated like I had known this team for years. Everyone from the sales team, the financing team and vehicle set up and maintenance (vehicle was delivered in perfect condition) were personally involved with transaction. I received phone calls from each one individually as a professional courtesy which really made the purchase easy. They built a high level of trust that I had their support if I ever needed it. I would not hesitate to refer others to this dealership and will purchase future vehicles from them. They are now my "dealer of choice." More

I feel like starting this off by telling all the dissatisfying experiences I've had in the past 36 years of vehicle buying, only returning to two of those dealerships a second time, but I wont. My search for a 20013 Silverado started in mid July or so. After a few weeks I was about to give up and my wife said try Cripsin over in saline. I said ok, lets go over and see how bad they are going to bone us. I called and talked to Kim on Friday July 26th. She said we have a few that might be what Im looking for. I told her we could come in on Sat. July 27 about 9 or 10. We got there about 9:30ish, went in and Kim was waiting. She introduced us to Tom in sales. We went out front where there were 3 Silverados fitting my request. After a few minutes of listening to my wife, A younger man Will says I think there is another one that will work. He quickly return with what was the vehicle we now own. Tom explained each vehicle without hesitation. My wife started talking accents. lol. Every accent that was brought up Will described the accent and any options to each accent if there was one. All the prices were in his head. The wife and I agreed that was it. Tom said lets go see how much its going to be. While Tom was pricing out the Silverado, which didn't take long, Kim came in with a trade in price for my older Silverado which matched the highest offer I had the last two weeks. Then Will comes in with all the accent options and pricing in writing. Tom took off the trade in and added the accents and when he as done Heather comes in a credit app. Tom and Will talked about how long it would take for the accents (which were many). Thursday Aug 1st it will be ready. Monday July 29th Tom called and said Heather shopped me a very good rate and moved my pick up date to Wend. July 31st @ 12:00. Upon pick up everything was still going right. Tom took me out to make sure everything that was ask for was done. It was, Now the dreaded paper signing part... Heather made this part a pleasure, who ever thought that would be possible. Tom and I went back out to the truck and went over all buttons and knobs, setting it up for me. Very pleased. p.s. I was only in the dealership twice. But each time coming and going, every employee I crossed paths with greeted me with a hi or hello how are you and a thank you for coming in. All in passing not stopping me. A great mix of friendliness and professionalism. I sure hope there service department is managed as well as there sales department. More
Every time I take our vehicle to Bill Crispin for service it has been a great experience! We have a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban that is in great shape thanks to them. Dick M. was our salesperson. I continue to bring the car there for service even though it has long been out of warranty. Every person you come into contact with is friendly and helpful from the service desk to the cashiers. Jerry the concierge driver is like having your own personal chauffeur! Drop off and pick up couldn't be easier. One day I was there on a very hot and humid day, it was pretty miserable in the garage. I saw Debbie Crispin and some other employees hauling in a gigantic cooler with ice and filling it with bottled water so everyone could stay hydrated while they worked. When you cash out they staple an "inspirational message for the day" to your receipt. Their caring, positive attitude shines through loud and clear. I promise you won't be disappointed if you visit this dealership. More
