After complaining about a bad experience I had with another employee, I was contacted the same day by Debbie Crispin. She immediately apologized for their behavior which I admit was out of character fo another employee, I was contacted the same day by Debbie Crispin. She assured me that she had already addressed the matter with the employee and asked me what she could do to make it right. She corrected every problem I had within just a few days and even gave me her cell number so that if I ever need anything in the future I can deal with her directly and she promised to make sure that I am taken care of. I have worked in customer service myself for 8 years and this is what customer service is all about. I would definitely recommend Bill Crispin to anyone. No business is ever perfect, but when you find one that is willing to step up and appreciate their customers enough to fix an issue, I know that is the kind of place I want my money going to. Bottom line, I have purchased two really good cars from Bill Crispin Chevy and have almost always received excellent service. I will definitely be coming back to Debbie with my next purchase. More

These folks know how to treat a customer, and the hassle free experience was such a welcomed surprise as opposed to other dealers who are more focused on numbers and “making the sale†as opposed to earning a customer for life. My husband and I went for a test drive in a beautiful Chevy Silverado with Mike Herman, and the truck was spotless, inside and out, handled and drove like a dream. I thought that I would not appreciate going from a luxury sports car to a truck, but boy was I surprised! The financing was a BREEZE!! Heather Miller is bubbly, bright and takes pride in her work and is very professional. The process took minutes and was explained in a thorough and concise manner. I felt comfortable, and even with my not so perfect credit, I was able to secure a loan with payments that are affordable. Kim Eberhard is the General Sales Manager for Crispin, and is just so personable and very nice. She goes the extra mile, and will do what it takes to earn your business. I have purchased from a few dealers in the past, and historically, the experience has left me stressed, unhappy and wary of ever stepping foot on any dealership.
