After having one of those bad days that just kept getting worse the longer the day went on, we met with Mike, because Kari had to leave early. We were tired from our long day and upset because our car was having issues that ended up to be very minor. We left feeling down.. Kari and Kim worked all the next day with me on a great deal for a new Chevrolet Cruze. We returned that weekend to pick it up. When we came to pick it up we were treated like old friends. My experience with Bill Crispin Chevy was amazing and everything I expected and more right from the get go. I had a car picked out and in mind and when I arrived it was sitting out front already waiting everything I expected and more right from the get go. Paperwork didn't take all that long, and while we were waiting for that my car was vacuumed and ready to take home as I was finishing everything else up. The service was amazing from Kim helping to chose the perfect car, Nate taking me on a test drive and even making my old license plate sparkle to Shirley taking care of all the paperwork.
