Superior Service! Had chosen a car at another dealer ( this cadillac dealer shall remain nameless). The very next day, Kim Eberhard came to the restaurant I manage to pick up dinner - upon hearing my tale of woe she asked what I was looking for -I gave her the particulars and she called within 24 hours to let me know she found exactly what I was looking for! She drove to Ohio to pick the vehicle up immediately. Total professionalism and outstanding customer service! Of course Kim will tell you she was just doing her job... Tom Saxton and Summer Hazimi made completing the sale a breeze. From finding the vehicle to securing financing, great one stop shopping! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Bill Crispin. Overall I found the experience enjoyable and my decisions made easier by his knowledge and thoughtful attitude.
