My satisfaction with the Bill Crispin Chevrolet Dealership I believe I meet the requirements to be called a loyal GM customer. During my lifetime of 70 years I have purchased 26 vehicles. Of the 26, only 6 hav I believe I meet the requirements to be called a loyal GM customer. During my lifetime of 70 years I have purchased 26 vehicles. Of the 26, only 6 have been non GM vehicles. 20 have been of the GM family and of the 20, 13 were of the Chevrolet name brand. All of these purchases have occurred between the years 1964 and 2014. During these years I have only twice made more than one purchase from the same Dealership. My reason for returning to a Dealer for another vehicle purchase has always been my respect for the Dealership management, the integrity of the personnel that I have dealt with, the quality of the Dealership Service Department and the professionalism of the entire Dealership personnel. Bill Crispin Chevrolet is now the second Dealership of my life time that I have returned to for a second vehicle purchase. My relationship with the Bill Crispin Dealership started in 2007 when I took my 2004 Silverado LS extended cab there for a routine Service. I was so impressed by the Senior Service Advisor (Shelly Horstman) and the professionalism of the mechanics that I continued to take my truck there and then took my wife's 2003 Impala LS there for all Service and maintenance needs. After my wife traded her 2003 Impala for a new 2009 Impala LT luxury package from another Dealership in Southeast Michigan, we soon realized that the service and maintenance support of that Dealership was not the same as we were used to getting from Bill Crispin. We decided to transfer our service and maintenance needs of the 2009 Impala to Bill Crispin and have never gone anywhere else since. In 2011, I purchased a new Equinox LTZ from the Bill Crispin Dealership trading in my 2004 Silverado LS extended cab and found the entire sales process to be done with ease of pressure and all involved sales personnel were most professional and helpful in a stress free purchase. Now, just last week, I purchased my second Bill Crispin vehicle (2014 Silverado double cab 2WT truck. This second Bill Crispin purchase was absolutely a pleasant experience which will cause me to recommend this dealership to anyone I know. The professionalism of the entire sales transaction was amazing and there is no doubt that the Dealer management of Debbie Crispin is absolutely the finest demonstration of extraordinary "attention to detail" requirements. All of the personnel involved in my purchase demonstrated honesty, courtesy and positive attitudes. I must extend great praise to the Dealer (Debbie Crispin), the Senior Service Advisor (Shelly Horstman), the Sales Manager (Jim Freeman), Sales person (Teresa Tomasi) and the Accessories manager (Will Theisen). Should I decide to make another purchase, it will definitely involve Bill Crispin Chevrolet. While I wound up leasing a different truck from a different manufacturer, it wasn't because of Nathan or anyone else at Bill Crispin; in fact, his credibility and knowledge are the reason I'm writing this review. (It was just a case of me finding a Ram I liked better than the Silverado for approx. the same deal.) Later this year, when I will get a new car for my wife, I'll visit Nathan and I'm sure we'll be picking up an Equinox from him. More

Best Dealer ever!!!! I am writing this review because it is so important to get the word out there how wonderful Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc treated us in buying our new Eq I am writing this review because it is so important to get the word out there how wonderful Bill Crispin Chevrolet Inc treated us in buying our new Equinox. We started at another dealership and had been working with them for 2.5 weeks, they had our deposit on a vehicle. Every time we spoke to their salesman when we could reach him he gave us one excuse after another why he could not find our car that we had already made a deal on and they had our deposit on a car. So after much frustrations and feeling like they were totally our of their league in what they were telling us i made one phone call to Bill Crispin Chevrolet. I spoke to Deb Crispin owner at the dealership and explained the situation, she took our info on what we were looking for in a vehicle and within 5 min called us back and had our car we wanted. Remember the other dealership told us there were none available. Within 3 days of talking with Deb Crispin we secured our vehicle and had it home. I would and have already recommended Deb Crispin Chevrolet/ Bill Crispin Chevrolet to several people. We will never go to the other dealer again. The staff at Bill Crispin Chevrolet were so professional, knowledge in their products, and so friendly i recommend everyone go their to buy a car if you want to deal with trust worthy professional persons.
