A personal recall repair experience with Crispin Chevrolet I received three recall notices on my Chevy Malibu beginning in June. I started placing calls to Crispin about scheduling the repair work then and f I received three recall notices on my Chevy Malibu beginning in June. I started placing calls to Crispin about scheduling the repair work then and first talked with Dominique (sp) who politely explained that they weren't able to get the parts and would call me when they did. This continued on thru the summer months and during this period of time, I also talked to Kim and Eric and found all three staff members to be extremely courteous and understanding of my problem, but unable to help. My phone calls were promptly returned. Repairs of two of the recalls were made last week. In actual scheduling, I dealt with Eric who was very efficient, and I found all three staff members to be extremely courteous, resourceful and helpful to me. "Great Dealership and Wonderful Staff " I had been looking to purchase a car for my daughter for about 2 months. One evening we decided to go by Bill Crispin Dealership and take a chance at what was available in the lot for a used vehicle. As we were looking around Sales Consultant Mike Kerr greeted us with a friendly smile and upbeat attitude. He asked what we were interested in and took us around the lot showing us all the options within my price range. He was very knowledgeable and informative about each of the cars and the dealership. After test driving 4 vehicles I knew that night that I would be back the next day to purchase one of them. I ended up with a Toyota Camry which I am very pleased with. Mike made the whole process from start to finish a very pleasurable experience. Manager Matt came over and introduced himself to myself and my daughter and welcomed us to the dealership and Shirley handled all of the details of the paperwork.
