Even after they couldn't meet it, they continued to push us for over 4 hours into purchasing the car. Worse...when we decided to take the rest of the weekend to make a decision, they talked us into leaving a refundable deposit, which they promptly cashed the same day and we still haven't gotten back. UPDATE TO REVIEW (2/2/2015) I had written a previous review explaining my situation with Bill Crispin Chevrolet. I am happy to say that Debbie Crispin did an amazing job at resolving my situation and going above and beyond to make sure that the bad taste left behind was completely eliminated. After the care and efforts she put forth to fix the issue, I can say that I would definitely go to Debbie for the purchase of a new car in the future. Knowing the passion and care she puts into their reputation and customer service shows that this is a dealer that will make sure my needs are taken care of and my value as a customer comes first. My First Dealer Purchase I'm twenty years old and decided I was done dealing with old, rusted cars. I went to Bill Crispin Chevrolet after my grandfather suggested it and not only was Jon there to help me out, but everyone at this dealership wanted to get to know and help me find what I was looking for. There were times I had to wait, but it was never more than fifteen minutes. And while I was waiting, there was water to drink and a conversation to be had with someone. Everyone was anxious to get to know me and what I like in a car and were willing to share their honest stories and experiences. As far as prices go, no one stands a match for these guys. Jon and Shirley knew my budget well and found a car with lowest miles I've ever seen on a used vehicle at the price I could afford. I never thought I'd go home with such a great quality and young vehicle. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. There were a few cars I test drove, and decisions were tough. Jon and Shirley set on finding the perfect car for me, and in the end they helped me out more than they know. I finally have a car I can depend on, and I know what dealership to always go to for the best quality and friendliness.
