I had been driving it for 3 years and it had just reached the end of it's life with me. It still ran great but I needed to move on. I started searching for cars that I could afford (considering I pay for my school and I'm only 19)...and I found a few that I was interested at Bill Crispin. When I went in to buy the car, Karen Reynolds helped finance me and pick out a really great car at a great price. She made buying my first car easy- and she also went out of her way to be as helpful as she could. She transferred my plate from the old car to the new, and even put gas in it- all while I was signing papers for the car. She also helped me set up my bluetooth in my car and helped with things I wouldn't have known anything about. Overall, my experience at Bill Crispin was a very good one, and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. Great customer service! More

When picking my car up, James was awesome enough to crawl into the trunk to demonstrate how much space the trunk has! Couldn't have chosen a better Dealership! We had purchased a vehicle before at Bill Crispin's and we decided to try them again. We knew what we wanted as far as features and were on a budget We had purchased a vehicle before at Bill Crispin's and we decided to try them again. We knew what we wanted as far as features and were on a budget but model didn't matter too much to us. I did not want to waste my time or theirs so when we were cheerfully approached by Meghan Briggs we told her what features we were looking for and our allowed budget. She asked for a few minutes to see how close she could come to our needs. She was back within 5 minutes. We knew little about the model she was suggesting and you could tell Meghan had studied up as she quickly filled us in on everything about the car and the warranties. It was missing one feature we wanted and she involved her Sales Manager who quickly said she could have it installed (a major job) so we also had to use the Service Department.. Everything was installed professionally and within the given timeline. Thanks to Meghan (very professional and knowledgeable!), the Sales Manager and the Service Department for making this a very pleasant and painless experience.
