Never once did I feel like I was being led to anything different than what I wanted. Everyone and I mean everyone from Ms. Crispin to the driver were very knowledgable of their positions, and explained any questions I had. If they could not answer a question the answer was found almost immediately. I also thought a lot of the company when every person I came in contact with loved their job and were proud to work for this dealership. That says a lot right there. I could go on and on about things but there would not be enough room for the next satisfied customer. If I lived near you, I would apply for a job with you in a heartbeat! Jessie called back in a reasonable time frame and quoted me a price over the phone that included several incentives. So I thought I'd give this one last try and I went in for a test drive. Kevin was practically at the door waiting for my arrival, listened to my requests and tried to make me feel welcomed instead of just another sale. I was introduced to Kim who then did everything in her power to make my deal happen. I ended up getting a better package on my Cruze and all my other concerns were addressed with a smile.
