1st Rate Experience Start to Finish! On Sunday, 10/11, I was on the GM website building a Chevy Colorado the way I wanted it then took advantage of the ability to e-mail the results direc On Sunday, 10/11, I was on the GM website building a Chevy Colorado the way I wanted it then took advantage of the ability to e-mail the results directly to Bill Crispin Chevrolet. Within minutes, I got an automated response from Barbara Kruszewski, Internet Sales. She followed up with me first thing Monday morning. I gave her my non-negotiable items and made an appointment to come in at noon. Upon my arrival, Barbara introduced me to Dick Malinczak who had already been searching inventory and was ready with some recommendations. Dick's decades of experience helped us work through the decision and sale process quickly and painlessly. He introduced me to Travis DuPont to help me with the financing. He introduced me to Will Theisen who helped with the couple of dealer installed options I wanted. And to top it off, Joy Bergman who years ago used to live a couple houses down from me was working the reception desk. All great folks! As the week progressed, Dick kept me informed on the progress of obtaining my car from the Chicagoland dealer and the pending delivery. Even though a couple dealer installed parts had not arrived yet, we agreed that it would be best to pick up the truck on 10/19 so I could get some miles on it before I pick up my new 26' travel trailer on 10/24. Make sure all is well. Unfortunately, Dick had a family emergency just prior to my delivery, but he took the time to call me to let me know that I would be in good hands with Will. I met with Travis to finalize the financing - painless although I think my signature got worse with each form! Will did a great job going over all the truck features answering all my questions and making some good recommendations. He pointed out a couple of small dings in the tailgate and promised to have them fixed at my convenience. From start to finish, my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Bill Crispin Chevrolet has been excellent! Everyone is so friendly and wants to ensure I have the best possible experience.
