Upon meeting Debbie I immediately felt like a long time friend; she was very friendly, outgoing, and engaging. Debbie was focused on what I was looking for in a new truck as well any concerns I had regarding trade-in value for my car, interest rates, etc. Debbie soon introduced me to Jim Hilton who was equally friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly through the buying process. Both Debbie and Jim were patient with concerns I had and I never felt pressured to move more quickly than I was comfortable with. Once the deal was agreed upon , Shirley in finance was amazing as well. She explained everything clearly and patiently with regard to the financing as well thoroughly outlining the various extended service plans available to me, and was able to find us a great rate for our loan, even after I had initially told her I wanted a different loan length and rate.. Shirley was also kind enough to walk my wife through the process of scanning some documents to her over her cell phone. The entire team at Bill Crispin, especially Debbie, Jim, and Shirley were wonderful.. They were all very attentive. People not even involved with my purchase were always quick to offer water, coffee, or answer any questions I might have.
