From Jon Martin and Summer Hazimi who jumped head over heals to help us get into a second vehicle after out first one was totaled. They are the best people who really care and do everything they can to help and also the nicest and friendliest staff. Other then the used car dept, the staff at new car sales and service were also unbelievable, they were very kind and professional from Barbara, to Dominique and Will who took care of the total care service on our vehicle. We Were Treated Like VIPs!!! After my car was totaled in a collision last week, I was referred to Debbie Crispin at Bill Cripsin Chevrolet by a mutual friend of ours. You would'v After my car was totaled in a collision last week, I was referred to Debbie Crispin at Bill Cripsin Chevrolet by a mutual friend of ours. You would've thought my wife and I were famous celebrities - they practically rolled out the red carpet for us! I had expected Debbie Crispin to assign us to one of her sales associates, but instead, she worked with us herself. She walked outside in the rain to put a dealer plate on a truck before we took it for a test drive, and waited to greet us upon our return. Debbie Crispin and her team took the time to listen to us talk, and understand our unique situation - we are also currently house shopping, and adding a new debt liability in the form of an auto loan was the last thing we wanted to do right now! Shirley Cofield, the Finance Manager we worked with, was careful how she received approval for our loan, so as to impact our credit reports in the least manner possible. Shirley Cofield told us that she previously worked in the mortgage industry, and so she had a working knowledge of the process we were going through. I was a car salesman at a General Motors dealership previously in my career, and we were trained to steer and control the sale from start to finish. One of the reasons I was so satisfied with my experience at Bill Crispin Chevrolet is that my wife and I weren't "steered" or "controlled." The Crispin Team allowed us to steer and control the experience ourselves from start to finish! Will Theisen, the Accessory Specialist, also spent plenty of time in the rain - describing the features of the truck we test drove, and then describing the features of the truck we decided to purchase. Two of my trusted colleagues are loyal clients of Crispin Chevrolet, and now I can be included on that list as well! When I sold cars, I bent over backwards to provide my customers with the greatest experience possible, and ten years later, I finally experienced the level of service I once provided.
