We had no intentions on buying the lease, but due to vehicle prices and interest rates, we couldn't afford to lease a new one. Saline Chevy was there to get us through the process seamlessly. Good, knowledgeable people who work hard to make the right things happen. Kevin Kelsey in Sales and Meghan in Finance are both first class. It's a pleasure to do business with them. A couple of days af right things happen. Kevin Kelsey in Sales and Meghan in Finance are both first class. It's a pleasure to do business with them. A couple of days after I posted the above I am compelled to add the team in Parts. They were exceedingly helpful as I needed some goodies to enhance my new purchase. How nice it is to deal with first class folks in every area. More
Giving 1 star because it’s the lowest that it’s allowing me to do. I purchased a new custom Bolt in March of 2023. When the car finally came into Saline Chevrolet (August 2023) nobody reached out to me t me to do. I purchased a new custom Bolt in March of 2023. When the car finally came into Saline Chevrolet (August 2023) nobody reached out to me through my preferred contact method (email). I intentionally make sure to have all communication like this captured in writing. I reached out on numerous occasions to see where the vehicle was since the app/chat function on Chevy’s website was telling me the car was produced and that my dealer would contact me. I was finally told on 8/14/23 that my car was at the dealer. I went back and forth on pricing and some questions with my salesperson for a few days and was scheduled to be at the dealership to finalize paperwork on 8/24/23. Unfortunately, my toddler had to be taken to the ER on 8/23/23 and was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. The manager, Kim, was incredibly rude and unkind. She called me while I was still in the emergency room and acted as if she thought I was lying to her about the hospital, asking me, “are you actually interested in buying the car?” I assured her that I was interested but again couldn’t do anything until my child was out of the hospital. The salesperson reached out to me on Friday 8/25 at 12:27pm saying “Kim wanted me to check in and see if you were going to take the Bolt.” I responded immediately stating “the hospital is planning on keeping us through the weekend. As of right now, I could be there on Monday.” I did not receive any phone call or text message response after this. I then texted the sales person on Monday morning, 8/28/23, saying “can I still come by this evening?” After receiving no response, I called the dealership and my salesperson told me that the car was sold out from under me on Saturday. Mind you, they did all of this without telling me, there was no written notification they were going to do this, and they had not yet refunded my deposit either! It was not until I asked about refunding my deposit that they said they were going to refund it right away…2 days after they already sold the car the deposit was for. Technically, someone else is currently driving my car, and Saline Chevrolet had stolen $500 from me. Also note that this wasn’t going to be refunded out of the goodness of their hearts either…I made sure the day I ordered the vehicle that the deposit was fully refundable, which I received in writing from Saline Chevrolet. I have never been so offended and I can guarantee you that Saline Chevrolet will never get my business. Kim lacks compassion and is not fit for her role as a manager in an industry where customer service is supposed to be priority. More

Since the ownership change I have been in for service twice and have left very disappointed both times. First time in for service with my personal vehicle the service mgr and son service advisor who was twice and have left very disappointed both times. First time in for service with my personal vehicle the service mgr and son service advisor who was helping me quit and walked out while my vehicle was being worked on which delayed my time there waiting. I took another vehicle in a few weeks ago which was my neighbors. I made a waiting appointment for oil change and rotation of tires and they performed the oil change only so I had to have them bring vehicle back in to shop to do rotation which I asked for upon arrival. I went out to vehicle to leave when done only to discover they didn’t put new oil change reminder sticker in window so had to go back inside to tell them to do that also. Their attention to detail is very lacking. Sorry but after 2 unpleasant visits will get my vehicles serviced somewhere else More
