Both she and I have known David for over 20 years. He is a honest man, who will take car of you. We have also known Matt for most of his life. He to is a man of integrity. Lamar has been in the service dept for a long time as has Gary. This says something about the product and the work environment. It gives us confidence in the product and in having our vehicle serviced here. The salesman, Bobby Ford, went out of his way to make the buying process comfortable for us. He met our specific scheduling needs for test drive and pick up and paper process for our purchase. Marvin in finance knew us from our previous 2 sales and we felt like he trusted us as much as we trusted him. Another small thing that we like about McKenney Honda is the snack area for customers that come in for service or sales. It might sound like something small but I am a mother of a young boy and he really does not like coming to the car dealer and waiting for an oil change or tire rotation. It really helps that the snack area has things that he can choose from to enjoy during that time. And my son likes playing on the I-pads that are for check out. More
