If you want to use a service department as an example of how it should be done, then this is the one. Keith, Heather, Lou and the rest of the staff are the absolute best! The reason I have purchased and owned only Fords from Salerno Duane since 1992 is because of Keith and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and have kept all our vehicles in the best condition both mechanically and safety wise for over 30 years. I am always confident that I can put my wife and family in our vehicles with no worries. But most of all if you can TRUST the staff. They are like family, and I trust them implicitly. I live in Sussex County but will make the trip down to Summit to have our vehicles serviced at Salerno Duane every single time. This past visit, while I was waiting for my husband's truck to be serviced, Summit to have our vehicles serviced at Salerno Duane every single time. This past visit, while I was waiting for my husband's truck to be serviced, I met up with Keith, Wanda, and Geo and ended up test driving a few Explorers. 3 days later I went back and picked up my NEW Ford and I couldn't be happier. The service though, is what keeps me coming back! More
