I brought a Jeep Liberty 2012 in for heater problems. I was quoted $2000 for the repairs. Terrence the Service Advisor said they need to replace the heater coils, change the thermostat and flush the system was quoted $2000 for the repairs. When I asked him if there is a less expensive alternative Terrence suggested to change the thermostat and flush the system for $500. I agreed to do that. Upon picking up the car (and up to today, three weeks later) the car’s heater still does not work. Cold air comes in when I request hot air. I called Terrence back and asked them why they changed the thermostat and flushed the system, charging me $500 when the heating still does not work. He said he had to speak to his boss and did not have an explanation. Whats more he said the technicians could never be sure whats wrong. This is perplexing to say the least because I expect the folks at this dealership to be professionals and to know how to diagnose a problem. The diagnostic itself was $150 so for that kind of money I expect the mechanics to know their stuff. I feel like I was robbed of $500. I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership but I will never go back there either to lease or to repair a Jeep vehicle. I am very disappointed with the service provided. More

Bad Experience While waiting for my car to be finished I found a new service advisor there. I used to see Frank all the time. This other woman was loud obnoxious and While waiting for my car to be finished I found a new service advisor there. I used to see Frank all the time. This other woman was loud obnoxious and didn't seem to care who was in the waiting room. She gave me the run around and had to wait hours for my car. I've been using Salerno Duane for years and know most of the service staff and they are great. Disappointed this time. More

Keep Maddness After trying to find a parking spot for about 15 minutes I was ready to give up and leave. The body shop manager came out as I was about to leave and he was able to secure me a parking spot. I was told by the Jeep service department that it would take a week for my vehicle to be even looked at, my car had issues with water coming in and I was fearing the possibility of mold growing in my vehicle and the damage it would cause. I took it upon myself to drive to the dealership and see if I can attempt to get someone to help me. Anthony was my angel sent from God not only did he help me secure parking but he also took my car in and fixed the issue before the end of business day. More
Service repair I have brought my 2015 Explorer in for three repairs since owning it. Every repair took several visits to get fixed. The latest was my key fob not I have brought my 2015 Explorer in for three repairs since owning it. Every repair took several visits to get fixed. The latest was my key fob not working correctly. First visit they claimed they updated software and fixed it. They did not. Second visit I was told it was both of my key fobs that went bad. Both at same time on same day went bad? Was told that they were reprogramming new fobs for me. Was handed old fobs because they don't have new ones in stock. Going for third visit to try to fix. Was lied to each time about the repair that wasn't done. Service director Ray Gambino told me to ask for him on visit. He was never there during my two hour wait. More

Service manager is very rude and is the root of the poor customer service . Workers are only as good as the man in charge and this man should not be in charge . Did know who he spoke to for the vehicle write which tells me he has very poor record keeping . Told me he has been dealing with phone calls longer then I was alive ..Im a 40 year old ex dealer employee and know for sure I would have been fired if I ever spoke to a customer like that . long story short would never use or recommend this dealer . The fact that he told me him self ..the service manager that he don"t care about CSI says a lot . More
