The least they were supposed to do between the time I purchased the car and the time I picked it up was to get the cigarette smoke smell from the previous owner out of the car, look for a second key fob and change the oil. Not worth $900, but it would have been nice. Anyway, the day I picked up the car it still smelled like cigarette smoke, there was an "Oh, we are still looking for the key fob" answer and, a couple of days later, they called to tell me that the oil change had never been done either. Since I live an hour from the dealership, I told them that I would get the oil change done at a local shop and send them the receipt and, to their credit, they reimbursed in a timely manner. But... At the oil change, I was told that there was a leak in the wiper fluid reservoir. Again to their credit, they set up an appointment to fix the issue at their expense. All good, right? Eh... Again, I live an hour from the dealership, so I took the car there at the scheduled time and sat in the waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes only to be told that there diagnostics indicated that a new wiper fluid reservoir is required (duh). Here's the next kicker...they do not have the part in stock, it won't be in for three days and they are scheduling two weeks out per appointment , so it looks like another three weeks and another hour long trek plus waiting time to finally resolve an issue that should have been included in my $900 dealer prep fee five weeks ago. I do love the car, though and the front-facing staff are very nice, More
