He was a pleasure to work with, extremely friendly, easily accesible via telephone and email, happy to answer any and all questions, and provided timely updates and kept me "in-the-loop" throughout the repair process. He went out of his way to explain various aspects of the process, which was beyond what he would be required to do normally/beyond what I expected. His past experience and close working relationship with my insurance company made the estimate and payment process much easier than expected. Thanks to Troy and the body shop for all their help. More
Service poor. 3 time not a charm. Three time I've brought my Jeep service. 1st time ok. 2nd time horrible and had to bring back at least twice and kept for almost a 3 time not a charm. Three time I've brought my Jeep service. 1st time ok. 2nd time horrible and had to bring back at least twice and kept for almost a week. 3rd time Jeep has been on the lot for over 48hrs and never even got looked at. Now I need to re-book another appointment an week later. Given I need to Jeep to commute to work the inconvenience is brutal. Seriously question whether I would buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

Where's the car? Let's see, they have had my car for a month. They have told me that it would "probably be ready" for the last 5 business days, which means that for th Let's see, they have had my car for a month. They have told me that it would "probably be ready" for the last 5 business days, which means that for the last 5 business days I have had to make arrangements for it to get picked up... only to be told that it would "probably be ready" tomorrow. I'm not even going to get into how much they royally screwed up on getting the warrantee submitted. Here's the thing, I know a mechanic less than a half a mile away who would have been able to take the whole thing apart and put it back together again three times by now, and his is a *very* busy shop. If this were something which I could generally believe would take that long, I would be a bit more patient, but they have showed little competency and less consideration. They are rude and they do not return phone calls, and I want my vehicle back. More

Why I have purchased two cars from this dealer and was very happy with the experience, however my services experiences are horrendous. I have been back multiple times trying to get simple things fixed. very happy with the experience, however my services experiences are horrendous. I have been back multiple times trying to get simple things fixed. Since they were close and gave free loaners I put up with it. Then I brought in my car with a blown engine. They failed to pull the codes, were unprepared for an insurance inspection, and fixed an electrical issue before finding out the mechanical problem. So they fixed wiring and then had to replace the engine. They also tried to get me to fix the water pump, before we replaced the engine. Then they failed to honor the quote! I just had my wife's car serviced by another dealer and found out that they replaced one rear rotor and resurfaced the other one. Speaking to two other mechanics they told me this is potentially dangerous. Great place to buy a car, but find another place to service it. More

I have NEVER been so disgusted with a business until I had to deal with George, Steve, and the technicians at Salerno Duane in Summit NJ. We brought in our car in January because it died and it took them had to deal with George, Steve, and the technicians at Salerno Duane in Summit NJ. We brought in our car in January because it died and it took them 7 weeks until they looked at it. I called numerous times and they said they couldn't figure it out. This is a Chryslar dealership and I have a PT cruiser. After it was "fixed" with a new power control module and just about everything else new, the car had a new issue and it wouldn't start smoothly. We brought it back twice and they claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. They said it was the sway bar and all this other crap. So they did it free of charge since they didn't fix the original problem and and we were suppose to get back 78 dollars because of the difference of the two jobs. This was in April and it's now almost JULY! I have called George and he said I would have it by early June. The car was STILL not turning smoothly!!! I brought it to another auto repairs place in Summit and he noticed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced and the engine wasn't bolted down because the technician at Salerno Duane took short cuts! UNBELIEVEABLE! I will make sure to tell everyone to never go to this dealership. They are lazy, don't care about customer's concerns and just want to get paid and go home. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved!! More
