Much better The service manager Curtis and staff are very nice, but I cannot understand how I scheduled service in advance by 3 weeks and confirmed to have a loan The service manager Curtis and staff are very nice, but I cannot understand how I scheduled service in advance by 3 weeks and confirmed to have a loaner car, and I am being told that there are no available loaner cars. I’ve been sitting here for over two hours and no loaner car. Don’t promise people loaner cars, especially those who had to take some time off work. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Salerno Duane to anyone. Terrible. Update: Curtis and Bob went out of their way to get me a loaner car and I very much appreciate it. More

This was my first time ever using the Salerno Duane - Summit service department (any Jeep service department for that matter) and I was VERY impressed This was my first time ever using the Salerno Duane - Summit service department (any Jeep service department for that matter) and I was VERY impressed overall. I had a small situation (my own delay/procrastination, not my Wrangler's or Jeep's fault) and needed some last minute help from the service department and they'd delivered 100% in a very courteous and timely manner. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable and all of my needs were met. Highly recommended. Thank you. :-) More

Too much stupidity and incompetence for my taste. I will not buy another car from them because of their service. More

No quality control on workmanship I took my 2015 Explorer back since the paint on hood was blistering. Just like it has done on the recalled 2012 n 2013. Marcus Rivera was great b4 h I took my 2015 Explorer back since the paint on hood was blistering. Just like it has done on the recalled 2012 n 2013. Marcus Rivera was great b4 he left and Liz was helpful. But when I came back one the third day, not sure how you can strip a hood treat prime and paint and cure in that time frame. But I am not a body shop guy. When I picked it up there was still a spot. Anthony claimed it was dirt and would buff out in 5 minutes. The next day I get a call that he had to repaint the hood. Must of been a big piece of dirt. Go back again to pick up and yes there are still issues. Drip marks along front edge. Still waiting for the car. Maybe if they would do it right the first time I would have something positive to write. I will never buy another car from them and once out of warranty they will not have to worry about seeing me. Every repair takes several visits to get correct. Even oil changes. Still waiting on call from GM. More
