They refused to give me a loaner vehicle while they were going to keep my vehicle for the day. They informed me that it was not covered by Ford. Well thats not true! I brought my vehicle to another Ford going to keep my vehicle for the day. They informed me that it was not covered by Ford. Well thats not true! I brought my vehicle to another Ford Dealer to have 5 recall issues corrected. They gave me a loaner with out question and said that it was covered by Ford! I would not recommend Salem Ford Service! Just my opinion ! More

I did not buy my 2019 F350 from Salem Ford. The dealer I did buy it from refused to give me a loaner while my truck was being serviced for 2 minor recalls.
