Steve This is Dan LaGrange the general manager. I searched for the name Steve in the last couple weeks and couldn't find anyone by that name. I would very much like to handle this problem for you and ensure you are a happy customer. In the finance office you are not required to take any warranties or change any terms that you agreed upon, I am very sorry that you felt anything was inflated and that was by no means our intention. You have every right to cancel the warranty you purchased and it will be 100 percent refunded. You likely will not find a more transparent and ethical sales manager in the Auto Industry. Please give me a call directly and I am sure we can get to the bottom of any issues you are having and fix it!
