Went back he wasn't there so they had us deal with justin. Was working the deal after al amour told us when we bought our journey in4 years bring it back he'll pay it back. That's when the problems began only wanted to give us half of the payoff and roll all the negative equity into a 2018 dodge caravan that was totally stripped for 890 month so we left. We know we needed a co signer no big deal. So called to speak to justin that we dealt with and told him we wanted to work a deal on the durango not the van then he hung up on me. So i said screw it went to stadium and leased a brand new 2018 gmc acadia and paying 100 less a month then the original journey we bought in thy he first place. Sorry Wally armour you lost a customer for life. Ill deal with stadium from now on they know how to treat people. More

Easiest and quickest car buying experience ever. We found an awesome deal online. We were given straightforward answers and a deal before we made the 4 hour trip. 40 mins from the time that we pulled We found an awesome deal online. Overall the experience was mostly painless, Between sales and financing it was definitely one of the better experiences I've had at a dealer. They were the sixth Jeep dealership I visited in the area, and the only dealership that was able to bring the price down to what I had suggested and could afford. All of the guys at Wally Armour were kind and helpful, and the process of leasing my new car was smooth and organized. I had an overall great experience and would definitely recommend Wally Armour. My ongoing issue with my uconnect system blacking out in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was brought to the attention of this dealership's service department. After 2 new radios, installing a flight recorder, and finally, they unhooked my phone as they concluded this may be the problem, I am currently driving without using my Bluetooth. Don't get me wrong, the manager and mechanics were very professional and, I feel, they were really trying to fix this problem, but sent me on my way telling me they think its an issue with the phone and to drive without it being installed into the system. To me, this like being back to square one. Like we'd love to fix your issue but don't know what it is. Personally, I think itsa manufacturer's defect. More
