Dodge Ram 2500 I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with a diesel. I took a vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks and my truck broke down on me. I called everywhere that I coul I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with a diesel. I took a vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks and my truck broke down on me. I called everywhere that I could think of and nobody could get me in for 2 weeks. I live 5 hours away so this was not good. I called Sakelaris to see if they could help and they got me in within 2 days. They worked very hard to get my vehicle done in one day so I could go home. Unfortunately they had to order parts so it was going to take a bit longer. They were great about contacting me and keeping me informed on what was going on on my vehicle. I was on the road and heading home by Wednesday. The total bill was about $200 less than they had originally thought that it was going to be. They called me the day after I got home to make sure that everything was ok and to see if I needed anything else. A couple of days later I had a message from Mary Sakelaris to make sure that the service that I received was good and to see if there was anything else that they could help with. I would highly recommend them. If they take this kind of care of the people in the service department I would guess that the sales department would be just as good. For me the next time that I need a vehicle I will be calling them. Thank you to the Service department and to Mary. I appreciate your help. More
