The personal experiences of the representative with the vehicle features were very helpful (when to use, how it works, how to override, etc.). Secondly, I felt respected by the manager and sales representative. In other dealerships, the representative would take an offer "to my manger", whom was never revealed. That's demeaning and disrespectful. At St. J., the discussion was not in a secluded office across a desk, it was in the open around a table - much less intimidating, much more friendly. More
What you hope for. I was looking for an efficient transaction. I knew what I wanted and accepted their offer before leaving for the dealership. Upon arrival the car was waiting, the terms were as agreed, we took the car and we were done. Adam Fontaine was great, Kevin (F&I) was great. No complaints, I would buy from them again and would recommend them. I would make one suggestion, I wish they had sent me all the additional options like extended warranty and paint protection in advance. I am going to buy those but didn't want to make that decision at the moment. If I had them sooner I would've had time to do a little research and likely done it while there. Not a complaint, more of a process suggestion for something that would've been a better way for us. Overall, couldn't be happier. More

We could view the salesman talking and laughing while we were waiting. They brought out one car and had us test drive it and were told where to go, salesman was with us. We had no choice of color!!! We plan on trading this car in three years but we will be visiting other dealership than this one. We are very happy with rhe Forester, but we never got to see other options other models had in comparison to the Forester. I don't know the salesmans name but he does have blue eyes. We also purchased a extended warranty thinking he was doing a survey ? This was our first new car purchase since 1970. It was a bad experience. More
2012 Ford Expedition I saw this vehicle on their web site with many great pictures of the interior and exterior.I drove an hour and a quarter to see it.I took a drive with I saw this vehicle on their web site with many great pictures of the interior and exterior.I drove an hour and a quarter to see it.I took a drive with the salesman Matt.He suggested smooth and bumpy roads to get a good feel for it.It drove great and I bought it.This 7 year old vehicle came with a 3000 mile or 3 month powertrain warrenty. Nick dealt with the financing and paperwork.He offered extended warrenty and protection for additional cost.I didn't want it and he didn't push it. I thought I would have to drive up again in a day or two with a ride to bring it back but no they drove it to my house that day.Also....Nick told me to send my NH inspection bill to them and they will send me a check for that amount. More
