Another Great Car Buying Experience at Saint J Subaru Today, I had the pleasure of doing business with Saint J Subaru for a second time after previously purchasing a used vehicle in 2016. Prior to going t Today, I had the pleasure of doing business with Saint J Subaru for a second time after previously purchasing a used vehicle in 2016. Prior to going to the dealership, I communicated with John Martin (Business Development Manager) to schedule a time to start the process. Before even stepping foot in the dealership I had a quote for my trade. Aside from acquiring a new vehicle, my Wife and I wanted to reduce our monthly car payment and use the cash equity from our trade to pay off other bills. Thanks to the hard work of Adam Fontaine (Sales Consultant), Mike Hutchinson (Sales Manager), and Chad Crane (General Manager) my wife and I were able to accomplish all our goals! We got a great lease deal on a Subaru Outback and a very favorable deal on our trade. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with how we were treated. I also want to thank Kevin Fontecha (Finance Manager) for answering all of our questions and for processing all the paperwork associated with the deal seamlessly. Buying a new vehicle with an infant can be challenging, but Rose Wood (Sales Consultant) helped us out immensely while looking after our son James as we were finishing up the paperwork. Based on my experiences at Saint J Subaru I can honestly say that the Staff are extremely professional and they certainly care about customer service. I will most definitely purchase more vehicles from Saint J Subaru in the future. More

I'm truthfully just not good at it. I'm a firm believer in "this is what needs to happen or I just can't it" and they worked with me to make it happen. Quick, painless, and very easy to work with. While we were waiting for the final numbers, a great number of friendly staff chatted with me about tattoos and were very genuine. Thank you everyone! More

Out of State Deal Saint J Subaru had a 2018 Forester 2.0XT Touring listed for an unbeatable price. Another dealer in Troy, NY wouldn’t match the price; they wanted $140 Saint J Subaru had a 2018 Forester 2.0XT Touring listed for an unbeatable price. Another dealer in Troy, NY wouldn’t match the price; they wanted $1400 more for the same exact model/trim. I decided it was worth the drive up to St. Johnsbury from Syracuse, NY, because the deal was just that good. My sales specialist, Cole, had the vehicle and paperwork ready for me when I arrived, so I was in and out. Management was even willing to agree to a trade allowance for my car before making me drive all the way up to Vermont. My purchase experience was completely seamless and I would highly recommend Saint J Subaru to anyone who’s in the market for a new vehicle. More
