We had to take it back several times, but were always provided a rental, reimbursed by Jeep, They finally did fix it and were very responsive and kept us updated. even got the free oil changes done. the problem was fixed with advise from Corp Jeep techs and hasn't happened since, Oh and we're getting 17-18MPG city! They like to take advantage of your lack of car knowlege. I brought my Jeep in on a Monday lunchtime. I have an extended service warranty and asked if a battery replacement would be covered. I was called the next day and told I owed $270. When I asked how this could be I was told "It was all explained to you yesterday". DO NOT buy or have anything serviced here. Even the woman in front of me was arguing with her aged husband about how she had to pay so much for a tune up. They take advantage of your lack of car knowledge and rip you off. More

Horrible & Dishonest Horrible service. Brought my truck in Wednesday for a simple repair and was promised my truck would be done by Friday. Friday comes and they said they Horrible service. Here it is Saturday 45 minutes before they close and of corse it's not ready. The guy in service tells me "well there are other cars out there too" I don't care about other cars I car about the one that I was promised would be done yesterday. The inconvenience and dishonesty is ridiculous and these people couldn't seem to care less. Never again will I bring a vehicle there and I suggest you don't either. More
