I really feel like this is causing me to be emotionally distressed, I feel like the workers really do not care, today I cried on my way home because of this service I’ve been having. This is a really a huge regret and it’s unfortunate. My vehicle has been there since March 7 in the service department, they are terrible ! Terrible communication.They have had the part they needed for a week and 3 days, they told me they had to find someone else to work on my vehicle because a technician quit, then the next day they said oh, the technician didn’t quit. I waited 3 days for a manager to call me back , those 3 days I called every day and the manager was never available per the staff, due to meetings and out of the office . Only for someone to call me back, I guess a supervisor on day 3, to just say the manger has been out all week, supervisor tells me that my car will be ready today April 7, it’s should take about 9 hours for everything to be done, So I drove up there without calling because Here it is April 7 and my car is still not ready. My feelings where really hurt at that point. I have gotten 3 dates that my car was suppose to be ready, and now they are saying it won’t be ready until April 10th and again, of course , there is no manger available to talk to. The staff they’re most of the time don’t know what they are talking about I’m guessing. I’ve been calling and texting everyday which I’m kind of disappointed because I don’t like bothering people but at this point I felt like I had no choice.I wish I had looked at the reviews before taking my car. No wonder they only have 3 stars. I called customer service complaints only to find out 2 parts on my vehicle have been recalled and not once did they mention to me that they could have fixed that for free. Really sad. More

I searched for a truck, car, and/or anything on wheels in El Paso,TX for the past 3 years discovering that everyone was getting ripped off and paying I searched for a truck, car, and/or anything on wheels in El Paso,TX for the past 3 years discovering that everyone was getting ripped off and paying way too much, never mind the additional charges over MSRP. I even tried buying a vehicle long distance in Louisiana at Premier Nissan of Metairie where they made a deal with me over the phone, ran my credit, then broke the deal because they weren't making enough money. I was so upset about being treated like a pushover but later realized they were just bad people doing bad business. I searched dealerships in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Albuquerque, San Antonio, Northern California, Florida, Dallas, Austin, and just about every dealership in the nation until I found the best possible deal. SAHARA RAM OF LAS VEGAS provided the best prices on a Ram anywhere in the COUNTRY at the time of my purchase. The best part of the deal was that the customer service was just as good as the price. I flew out from El Paso, TX and my incredible salesman Joshua M actually picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle, gave me a quick tour of Vegas, and even took me to get something to eat before we reported to the dealership. Joshua had me sign a few documents and moved me in to see Han the finance manager. Han treated me with such respect and I feel like if I didn't have to drive home that same day that Joshua and Han would have taken me out for a Vegas night. Trust me, the hospitality was that good. Joshua and Han were the best. I mean thinking about it, the whole xxxx place was great, all the way up to Tyler the manager and even to the top, Cliff N the Assistant GM. I will tell this story for years to come and will always compare this vehicle purchase experience to all others for as long as I live. OH, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY FAMILY IS IN THE CAR BUSINESS LOCALLY AND COULDN'T GIVE ME A DEAL EVEN CLOSE TO THE ONE I GOT AT SAHARA RAM OF LAS VEGAS. More
Bought a truck from this dealership 3 months after purchasing a $32,000 truck, the oil pump goes out only to find out the bearings are shot. I have to pay for a whole new motor! Thanks sahara! After sales customer service is a disgrace. Called the listed phone number no option to speak to the front desk so got a salesman. Asked to speak to someone about my title to wear I was put o Called the listed phone number no option to speak to the front desk so got a salesman. Asked to speak to someone about my title to wear I was put on hold 20 minutes later still on hold. Tried the chat line and all it wanted was to sell me a vehicle even after requested to talk to finance. Left my phone number for a call back, let's see what happens. This is the second time I've had the same issue with trying to contact the office, last time I ended up driving the 35 minutes to the dealership. More
Don’t buy a car from these people. Place is a joke and a scam. (Also no extended warranty was sold because the “power train” warranty had expired because of the 5 years from the vehicle being made) even if a vehicle is a used car a dealership should be held to a certain expectation to check all cars and fix any major issue such as the trans mounts & any fluid leaking from the vehicle. Or at least willing to fix the issues like they said they would. But no replies from when I texted the salesmen regarding the matter multiple times. But no response. More
It was my biggest regret getting a car here. Whenever I go here, they can't even help me. They are just good when they are selling a car but when they are done with you, they don't care anymore. I bought my first car from them but before coming here, I visited different dealerships and did not feel comfortable purchasing a car there.
