Brought my car for service was told it was 240 for diagnostics which would be applied to Bill if they did the work they said it was TIPM and wanted 2750 to fix it and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be diagnostics which would be applied to Bill if they did the work they said it was TIPM and wanted 2750 to fix it and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be more I bought 1 with lifetime warranty from AutoZone 445 and 50 to install DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE You will pay the 240 for diagnostics and when they tell you what they say is wrong with your car it will be 5 times more than it should be NOT REPUTABLE I SINCERELY HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE More
Sales was wonderful but I've had to bring my brand new ram 1500 into service 3 times with only 7k miles and the 3rd time they kept my truck for 5 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tr ram 1500 into service 3 times with only 7k miles and the 3rd time they kept my truck for 5 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck after putting 2 quarts of oil into the truck after an 800 mile trip. ESPECIALLY, CHRIST NEW CAR, AS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, WILL TRY TO TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT THE FIRST TIME YOU GO TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED OR REPAIRED. ESPECIALLY, CHRISTIAN, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, HIS MANAGER NATE, AND THE SALES MANAGER ERIC SEEM TO HAVE THE GREEN LIGHT FROM THE OWNERS (TOP DOWN)) TO GET AWAY WITH SAYING WHATEVER THEY WANT TO CUSTOMERS, FLAT-OUT - RUDE, MEAN, NASTY, AND WITHOUT ONE OUNCE OF EMPATHY. I try not to judge a book by its cover but seeing how xxxxty the dealership looked on the outside would be a foreshadow for how xxxxty it is to work with them. Had to bring my car in for a recall whi xxxxty the dealership looked on the outside would be a foreshadow for how xxxxty it is to work with them. Had to bring my car in for a recall which they informed me that in 3 days they can have the parts for my car and to schedule a time to bring it in. Parts ended up coming in almost 3 weeks later (and I only found out because I had to call them and see if they were there. Schedule to bring car in and ask the (I guess outsourced receptionist) if the shuttle was able to drop me off at my house to which they said yes not a problem. Get to dealership to drop car off and ask person behind counter if they CAN PLEASE PROVIDE A SAFTEY INSPECTION once the car is done to allow me to submit for approval for the work I use the car for and they said "ABSOLUTELY WE CAN PROVIDE THAT" get car checked in and ask for shuttle to drop me off. I'm informed shuttle is not in operation the entire week and that I'd have to come out of pocket for an uber or rental car and that there is nothing the dealership can do They informed me car should be completed and ready for pick up it 2 to 3 days. I call day 2 to check on it and the (outsourced receptionist) says they cant get ahold of service but will have them call me back (i called at 715am). I called back at 630pm for update and they said sorry they're closed you'll have to call back the next business day (business day 3 was a monday and had to wait the entire weekend) Called monday and they same thing couldn't get through to service. Called business day 3 (6 calendar days later) and they say let me check if your cars ready..... ya it's ready. (Had I not called them to see it would have more than likely been another 2 or 3 days before I would have gotten a call from them) Have shuttle driver pick me up and take me there. Ask employee that's working there (whom also helped me when I dropped the car off) inform me that the service tech did not do the inspection and that they were sorry. Get to car and its filthy. xxxx this dealership never using them again for personal or business... Tl:Dr- dealer estimated incorrectly multiple times, is NOT proactive, does not communicate with their outsourced receptionist and doesnt clean your car after service (might just be a bmw thing but still would have been nice) More
