A complete scam . These people are supposed to be the experts yet they'll overcharge, misdiagnose, double charge, and even lose parts of your car! My car had an i . These people are supposed to be the experts yet they'll overcharge, misdiagnose, double charge, and even lose parts of your car! My car had an issue with the inhibitor switch and $215 later they couldn't figure the problem or fix it. A few days later the car died and I had to bring it back. The mechanic figured it out in less than 5 minutes. It's nothing more than a racket to get more $$. They charged me $115 for the new part when they were selling it to others for $97. Think about that. They freely up their prices to see if they can squeeze more money out of their customers. Once the repairs were complete they try to charge me for that same part again! Here's the kicker: they finally fix my car and claim it's taken care of. I go to pick it up, and they lost the remote for my car. I spent $76 just to get that fixed! Now they're not returning my emails or calls about a refund or replacement. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! More

You need to read this. these people are a total RIP OFF!!!! I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. The Roadside Assistance opened my doors which set off the alarm which unfortunately shuts down all the electr I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. The Roadside Assistance opened my doors which set off the alarm which unfortunately shuts down all the electronics in the car...no way to get into the trunk to retrieve the keys. Despite all the bad reviews, I had the car towed to Sage because it's the closest. When I got there they told me they would have to remove the back seat assembly to gain access to the trunk and my keys, an hour and half of labor. $135. ok. Acceptable. After completing and signing the paper work. I sat down to wait. and literally, no exaggeration, 5 minutes later the service adviser brought me my keys! I was shocked. there is NO way it took 5 minutes to remove the backseat assembly retrieve the keys and reassemble it. I was even more shocked when they still charged me the full $135 and after a call to the head service advisor, they still refused to alter that charge. Either that service technician is really 'The Flash" and removed the seats, got the keys and reassembled it at light speed, or he's the fastest service technician on the planet. Or!?, they already knew how to do this, by whatever means., baited me into signing the invoice, and charged me the full price, for something that took them 5 MINUTES...they even stated on the invoice 'remove back seat'. They didn't remove my backseat. I called another Hyundai dealership to verify that this is the proper procedure and even they said this whole thing didn't sound kosher. They told me they would have reduced the charge or not charged at all for whatever was done that took 5 MINUTES. I am absolutely disgusted and if I were you...I'd stay away from these people. You can bet I will NEVER return to this place. More
