We have a CX9 we bought a remote start at the dealership which Mazda has never supported we were told by the parts mananger that Mazda was doing something to fix the issue after waiting some time we are tol which Mazda has never supported we were told by the parts mananger that Mazda was doing something to fix the issue after waiting some time we are told that Mazda will not proceed with the fix so we are now out of the cost for the unit. We went in and were put in an office while the salesman went to talk to the manager. We stayed there a long while and decided to leave as we were leaving the manager was suddenly ready to talk with us. I went to talk to the manager. We came back the next weekend to buy the car. We asked for a price on the next model up and decided on that one. After two hours of paper work we were ready to sign and the salesman says they had made a mistake and the car was $2,500 more than we had agreed upon. We left the dealership. More
