He made the difference from the other dealerships we visited with his down to earth, honest and sincere nature. He was outstanding and a true pleasure to work with. I would absolutely do business with this dealership again because of Jackson and the way he treated us. More
My new Mazda had a system failure light go on. I was really worried. They were great - both super responsive and took good care of me - and found the issue! Had engine oil refill. I requested to check about fog light, they didn't. No complementary wash as well. Took more than 2 hours. No sure if I am going there next time. I was pressured to finance the car and share financial information even though I wanted to buy the car out right. The dealership kept calling me when I was sick and I told them I wasn’t able to speak. The information even though I wanted to buy the car out right. The dealership kept calling me when I was sick and I told them I wasn’t able to speak. They finally sent me the paperwork and only gave me the option to pay via wiring the funds. I sent them the funds and they confirmed they received them but refused to give me the car. I was very polite, but firm that I had paid for the car and wanted to receive it. I didn’t raise my voice or swear. They told me I’d have to wait three days. Finally I handed my phone to my husband and the manager said we could have the car today if we did a credit check. I don’t know why he wouldn’t share that information with me. The manager wouldn’t send the credit check, we had to ask our sales rep to send it. We did the credit check and picked up the car. When we got to the dealership the manager ran away from us and everyone acting very strange and scared. Again, I was never rude or unkind or loud. They had originally told me they’d give us a gift basket and teach us how to use the app, but we were rushed out of the dealership. I got into my car to adjust the seat and all the sales people finance people and manager were at the window watching me and pointing and laughing. The whole experience was very uncomfortable, and made feel like I was being made fun of. I’m totally unsure why. I was overall an easy customer. I’d also say they offered me the highest price of any of the local dealerships, but I choose to buy through them because the sales guy was nice and they price matched. Honestly Safford Chantilly has the best pricing. They want me to come back for car maintenance, but why would I go back to someplace that made me feel so extremely unwelcome? More
