Each time, we received quality service from the salesman to the fina My husband had purchased 4 vehicles for me through Safford Kia of Fredericksburg. Each time, we received quality service from the salesman to the finance officer to the mechanics and I loved each car. So, of course, when we started foster parenting and needed a larger vehicle we knew exactly where to go!!! The finance officer worked hard to get usca deal we felt comfortable with and the Sorento we purchased is the perfect vehicle for our expanding family. I had planned to purchase a sports car, or, what some people would call a luxury car like a Cadillac or Audi as my next vehicle. This idea has totally changed, not only because of our change in family needs, but because of the service and quality we have received from Safford Kia. I will be a Kia purchaser for life!!! More

It was decent. Jay was absolutely amazing. In my eyes up until him was the best car buying experience I have ever been apart of. I walked in to buy out my lease and Jay was absolutely amazing. My favorite part was, he brought the numbers to me and i said if he can change one number on that sheet to the number i wanted;obviously there was about 30 mins of haggling; he did the best he could and got me extremely close to it which i really appreciate. Once i was signing paperwork for the vehicle, it was brought to my attention that the rules for the Military Lending Act has changed, but no one could give solid answers as to why I was unable to get gap insurance through the dealership or what I should do to protect myself in the event my vehicle was totaled since I was upside down on the loan. After reading the actual instruction on the MLA, it appears to be up to the dealers discretion to sell gap to military members. However, I will say this, the head honcho lady did lower the price on the vehicle by 1000 bucks to have a small amount of security. I would recommend my military counterparts to this dealership, only if they can tell the consumer, especially if they fall under the new MLA guidelines, and be prepared for any questions concerning the new guidelines. My only complaint was the issues regarding the MLA. The only thing that makes since is, dealerships price their gap insurance too high. More

I recently had an service appointment scheduled for a morning appointment and was able to drop it off before my appointment thinking it would not be ready until later that afternoon. I was surprised to receive a call that my car was ready before I expected. I also find the service department very patient when explaining any questions I may have. I'd recommend taking your car here any time!! Of course I'd love the prices to be lower. But I was pleasantly surprised when I compared their prices to my trust worthy neighborhood auto mechanic. Kia's prices were very comparable. More
