Customer service I've bought 2 cars here, but the quality of customer service that I've received since 2016 has been lack luster.. Just not impressed with the dealership and drive to Woodbridge Kia were I've yet to have any issues. Came across a coupon on their site scheduled and asked were there any up charges for my oil change, I was told no. Went to p/u my car the cashier said she could change the price. Came back the following morning and I was give the bs line that on the service mgr who checked me in could change the price. Asked for a shuttle upon drop of, which I also scheduled when I scheduled the appt. I was told to wait in the lobby and they would come get me when he was back.. after 20 mins I ask someone to check and the shuttle driver is outside and appeared to have been back for some time as he was shooting the breeze with someone who works there. FINALLY get to my office and I'm called to say my car is ready.. and yes I understand that it's a "courtesy" shuttle! More

Perfect experience I called a day earlier and had no problem scheduling an oil change that worked with my plans. Arrived and got quickly checked in. Was informed of what I called a day earlier and had no problem scheduling an oil change that worked with my plans. Arrived and got quickly checked in. Was informed of what my my vehicle need additionly. I agreed on everything and went to waiting area for coffee and donuts. While watching the news on tv, the service manager came and informed that everything my vehicle needed was completed and also washed. I was in and out in about an hour That was great service and treated wonderful by everyone. More

I like the fact that if you didn’t have a ride at the time and didn’t want to wait hours at a time at the dealership until your car was done. they off I like the fact that if you didn’t have a ride at the time and didn’t want to wait hours at a time at the dealership until your car was done. they offered shuttle service to your home if you are within 10mile radius. The driver was very Professional and courteous. Well done! More

First maintenance check All periodic maintenance performed to our satisfaction. Very professional and courtesy. Would have given higher rating but we still have an issue with All periodic maintenance performed to our satisfaction. Very professional and courtesy. Excellent support with my lease experience My brother and I came into the dealership to get replacement batteries for his KIA Sorento, which the fellow at the service window did for free. Noah Thomas came around in hopes of at least getting one of us to at least try to make a sale on a January day with little foot traffic in the dealership, and he found a customer who had a two month old Chevy Volt that he didn't want anymore, so he and the rest of the staff paid a great deal of attention to insure that we had a pleasant experience with our lease. John in the finance office did yeoman work on getting me the best deal and payment option for my lease agreement, in spite of some difficulties with the bank had with my declared income. More
