Very disappointed Just bought a used jeep and after a week brought it back to be fixed because the roters are gouged. The gentleman my husband spke to that night and o Just bought a used jeep and after a week brought it back to be fixed because the roters are gouged. The gentleman my husband spke to that night and our salea man said he wasnet sure how that even passed an inspection.They determined that it was ok to drive even with gouged roters because breaks were at 50%. Meanwhile iam no driving a car that you can hear the grinding of the break pads when i press them to stop. Will not be buying another vehicle from them. Will be posting pictures and contacting the better business bureau after a second opinion. More

Expensive oil change Dropped truck off for oil change and AC check (asked about the free offer for AC check... Was told she didn't know if still offered) Friday night. Had Dropped truck off for oil change and AC check (asked about the free offer for AC check... Was told she didn't know if still offered) Friday night. Had no appt was told might be able to fit me in by Saturday evening. Called me like 2 hours later saying truck was done. I thought great they really took care of me... Only things on bill were oil change related cost $87 ... Don't remember ever passing that much for oil change... Was then told sorry nothing we can do except opting for the oil change & tire rotation at same price.. Bought this truck there.. Only serviced there ever... Way to take care of veteran customer. More
