I will not say anything bad about the other VW Dealerships in town because everyone has a bad day. I will say that this was the best car buying experience I have had in years. I just bought my 3rd Volkswagen from Brown's. I am not one to fill out online reviews as a norm, but I feel obligated to share how well this dealer does business. They really do it all the right way. I had a problem with my last car after the warranty expired. The GM (Bill Colegate) there pretty much hand held my wife through the repair while I was out of the country on business. This is the kind of service that is the norm with them. And just so everyone knows, they fixed the car for my wife at no charge. You have a customer for life. More
Good professional attitude from Mr. Cooper. He apologized for the extra time that I had to have the car in because the required part didn't come in when he though it would. I appreciate the honesty. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Brown's and discovered that the fuel door was inoperable. I brought the car in for another reason and they ordered the part. When I returned to have the part ins discovered that the fuel door was inoperable. I brought the car in for another reason and they ordered the part. When I returned to have the part installed they charged me $50. Now let me get this straight; I buy a car and find an issue and you charge me $50 for my trouble. The rep in the service department said I should reach out to the sales person and have them waive the charge because he could not. I have been in management long enough to know he could have made this right but chose to pass it along. Now I have to waste my time reaching out to the sales team on top of the $50. More
I've used this Brown's VW for over 5 years now and have always found them to be great to work with. Scheduling appointments is easy. Shuttle service is convenient. Waiting room is comfortable. Brown's VW service department always gives me a scheduled time for my regular service appointments and always has my golf ready within about an hour. It is rare to find a place that can do any maintenance on time for my regular service appointments and always has my golf ready within about an hour. It is rare to find a place that can do any maintenance on a timely schedule. Thanks for not making it an all day visit!!!! For my last maintenance they informed me there were 2 recalls that needed to be performed on my Golf and asked me if I wanted them BEFORE they did it. RARE great service!!! More

Colby was extemly helpful. I purchased a used 2005 escalade. Mr. Hall went out of his way to make sure I could get the proper financing with fair apr rates. He was very polight and effective. The day after I purchased the car the winsheild cracked and he went the extra mile to get it replaced at no charge. His manager originally only wanted to pay half but Colby got the head manager on the phone and explained the situtation and got it taken car of for me free of charge. The overall service and experience was excellent thanks to Colby Hall. More
I called Colby back in march of 2011 and told him I was looking for a Acura TL. Within a week, he called me and told me he had the car waiting for me. He had the financing worked out when I arrived.
