Never go again. I buy car with my wife and had most awful experience with my wife. They force and make us buy extended warranty. Even after i explain to the lady Linda that I do not think we need it. She said our rate will be less if we buy it. Still somehow we ended up getting it. Why does rate become less if we buy warranty? Makes no sense to either of us. Maybe Toyota can help if we call them. Don’t buy here, they definitely lied to us. More

Fraud, liars , thieves. Don’t not go there . They are thieves. I purchased a used Infinite QR 60 in October of 2023 from Safford brown Toyota. Matt was my salesman. Don’t not go there . They are thieves. I purchased a used Infinite QR 60 in October of 2023 from Safford brown Toyota. Matt was my salesman. As I was looking at the vehicle Matt approached me and started telling me about the vehicle. He said that it’s a one owner vehicle, one minor accident which resulted in the scratches on the bumper. He pulled the car fax which looked as he said one minor acc. I test drove the vehicle , it felt ok. Long story short, I purchased the vehicle. Two days passed, I saw white smoke coming from the exhaust. The next day I returned to the dealership, Matt was acting as if I was bothering him. They sent me to the service department the service department said that they had scooped it and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I went home very dissatisfied. The next week I took the vehicle back to the dealership, they told me the same thing. I told them that the car is defective, so what can be done to rectify the problem? They said that I can take the vehicle to a Infiniti service center. I took the car back and forth with in three months. After three months their warranty had expired. Still the vehicle was smoking. In January 2024. I call and ask for the General manager, Matt who was very nasty, told me that he don’t know what I expect him to do because the vehicle is no longer their responsibility. I insisted to speak to the General manager, of course he was in a meeting and Matt didn’t know what time he would be out. I called until the manager of used car. Mike finally answered, I told him about the vehicle, he said that Matt had already told him, but he saw that I had purchased a extended warranty and the warranty will be able to fix it. Ok , i took the vehicle to JB infinite in Ellicot city, I had a oil change the service told me that the fuel injector was dirty so I paid over $600 to clean the fuel injector and the oil change. I didn’t mention the smoke as it was nt exhausting smoke for about two days. In my mind I thought that maybe ithe vehicle was smoking because the fuel injector needed to be cleaned. Whenever the car sits , like over night for two or three days, then they would have seen the smoke. I took it back to JBA infinite , Jay who was the service rep. Took a dip stick to check the oil , he said that the car fax is showing missing services so I would have to pay to open the engine and if it is as a result the extended warranty will not cover it and I would nt refunded the money to open the engine. He advised me to get a lawyer or trade it in. I then took it to AAA auto , they kept the vehicle for two days , the mechanic saw the vehicle, diagnose the problem as worn piston ring. They filed to the warranty company, the claim was denied. Ok. I’ve been driving with a smoke vehicle. In April I called Mike the service manager at Safford Brown, of course he didn’t answer and didn’t return my call. So went there , told him that the vehicle is smoking and he need to change the vehicle because the vehicle needs a new engine. At that time I call JR at JBA infinite. They both spoke. I showed him all my receipts of money spent. He said that the only solution was to trade it in. I thought about it starting the process then I declined, because they wanted me to pay more monthly and would lose the warranty. I declined. So mentally I’m stressed, I felt played by Stafford Toyota Glenburnie. May 28 2024. I went to Nationwide infinite in Timonium, to see if I could trade in the vehicle. I was advised to go to Carmax to appraise the vehicle and whatever they appraised it for Nationwide will match. I guess that they suspected something. I hurriedly went to carmax. After the appraisal, the appraiser showed me the report from auto check by Experdian, in the report the vehicle had three owners , three accidents. One minor, two accidents in the space of three months. Resulted I. Severe frame damages. Which was reported. More

We knew exactly what we wanted, a Rav4 hybrid Limited, and had to wait for it to come in, but when it did Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We just started our car buying search 5 days ago and didn't think we would be new car owners before the end of the week! My wife and I began our car search with test drives a few days ago then started l didn't think we would be new car owners before the end of the week! My wife and I began our car search with test drives a few days ago then started looking up car inventories and calling dealerships. We quickly realized that most of the dealerships in the Columbia/Baltimore were charging outrageous market adjustments until we stumbled upon reviews for Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. We noticed that one salesman, Bing Chen, had more positive reviews than anyone else there too so we reached out. Bing immediately confirmed that Safford did not charge any market adjustments or have any hidden fees. He asked me detailed questions about the features we were interested in and even why we wanted some of those things and provided some of his own suggestions. He let me know he would call me when he got allocations from Toyota that seemed like a match and that I could expect a wait of up to 3-4 months plus time to delivery (45-60 days). I did not expect that he would be calling me just 2 days later (on his day off!) with the car we wanted! Toyota had made an unexpected delivery to the dealership. The stars were aligned for us in that Bing was able to come in even though it was actually his day off and I was able to make it to the dealership within an hour to jump on it. I test drove the car, he showed me all of the features and was so pleasant throughout the whole process. I most appreciated that I was presented with options, but did not feel pressured into absolutely anything (even in the finance office with Sean Owens). We are so happy with our car and I have to say that this was my best car buying experience so far. I definitely recommend Safford Brown and especially Bing Chen and will be back in the future! More
