Cristian provided great attention to my request for service. All three accessories were installed within a day. When I rode my bike to pickup my vehicle and realized I was missing a hex driver to mou service. All three accessories were installed within a day. When I rode my bike to pickup my vehicle and realized I was missing a hex driver to mount my bike rack, one of the other associates hunted one down for me and I was able to check out the newly installed hitch and take my bike home. Two problems this time around. For some reason our receipt had my wife's name on the receipt and her name was significantly mispelled. Cristian took care of this, once I pointed it out to him by email after picking up the car. Second, the right turning signal bulb stopped working on my way home. I brought the car back on the next workday and they found a loose cable, probably from installing the trailer hitch. This was fixed and all now works fine. More
