Excellent customer service from Trish Trish took the initiative to see if she could get my GPS to work. By removing the SD card, she was successful. She still had a service tech to check out the vehicle to be sure she hadn't missed anything. Hopefully, the issue was resolved. As a new Subaru owner, I lacked confidence with all of the technology. I have used Brown's Subaru in Manassas several times and I plan to continue using them. I am fairly particular when it comes to my car and how it is treated and I do very much trust the folks at Brown's Subaru in Manassas. Trish and Shelly in the service department are always great to work with, informative and helpful. In terms of their technicians - Bruce Baughman is AWESOME. I have done work on my own cars for years from everything up to and including engine rebuilds. These days I don't have time but I am particular... I totally trust Bruce with my car completely - to make the right calls and give good advice. I think he is simply fantastic!!! PS - the other techs I have worked with or spoken with have also seemed very good but I always ask for Bruce! - Charles More
On Route 95 we had the misfortune on a trip to Fairfax, VA of being hit by a huge piece of tire that was on the road. It did considerable damage to the front bumper and the area under the front of the car. It was around 3:30 PM and we called Subaru to find a close dealer. They told us about Brown's Manassas Subaru on Liberia Avenue which was not far at all from where we were. That was incredible luck. When we got to the dealership we were helped by Trish Montgomery, Service Consultant. who was kind, very efficient, polite, sympathetic, and incredibly helpful. The service department removed a piece of protective material that was damaged when the tire hit the car. the protective material was dragging on the ground. They did not store replacement parts of this type and the car was driveable so we paid for their service and left. We are going to a body shop near where we live for the repairs. We were very pleasantly surprised with the fact that they were able to help us when we just "showed up." We were in and out of the Subaru dealership in no time at all. We are incredibly grateful for their help. I would appreciate it if a copy of this be sent to Brown's Manassas Subaru. More
I went to buy a car about two months ago that day they were so nice. I gat the car and they gave me a warranty that if the car has something wrong they are going to take care of it. But it was so stupid t were so nice. I gat the car and they gave me a warranty that if the car has something wrong they are going to take care of it. But it was so stupid the car has to many problems when I went to the dealer and ask then to get it fix they said that they are no responsible for it .. I called the state police they gave me some advices so I told the dealer that if they are no going to fix that car Ill returned because it was a lot of many that I have to pay to get it fix. At fisrt they didnt want to take some responsabilities but after i leave the car with the keys they "fix it". So when I went to pick up the car it was worse a brougt it to a different macanic to see if they did fix but the mecanic said that the person that did the work didnt know anything. So I really have a bad experience with these people and plus when I firts went to ask for help for my car Derek Ryan yelled at me so it was really disapointed . I ask for the general manager he never appeared they that he wasnt there . NEVER AGAING I WILL EVEN THINK TO BUY A CAR IN THAT PLACE!! Even my friends I just want to let you guys know what happened to me!!! More
Today I got an oil change for my Subaru. I had a coupon that I recieved in mail advertising 3 oil changes in a year for only $59.99. I thought that's a great deal. I was shocked when the lady asked me to that I recieved in mail advertising 3 oil changes in a year for only $59.99. I thought that's a great deal. I was shocked when the lady asked me to pay $29 + change. What? I wanted to pay only $60 for whole year. She goes yes I put this coupon in the computer and you are getting $19.99 credit towards your oil change. Now do the math yourself. With that coupon I paid about $51 for my one time oil change. Isn't it a rip off or what? Unbelievable. I didn't have minded if I had to pay $30 for the oil change without the coupon. But if you are lying, that is really BAD. More
